DURHAM, N.C. (AP) ? Keith Werman's safety squeeze in the seventh inning scored the go-ahead run in Virginia's 3-2 victory over North Carolina on Saturday night at the Atlantic Coast Conference baseball tournament.

David Coleman led off the inning with a double and advanced to third on a fielder's choice before racing home to beat the throw after Werman's sacrifice bunt.

Chris Taylor drove in two runs for top-seeded Virginia (48-9), which had its spot in Sunday's title game secured before the first pitch was thrown. The Cavaliers, the only team unbeaten in the round-robin tournament, will face defending champ Florida State.

Levi Michael and Seth Baldwin each drove in runs for the No. 4 seed Tar Heels (45-14).
